This beginner‑level course combines classroom learning with hands‑on horse activities, including groundwork and horseback riding. Riders learn how to read a horse’s body language, understand tack, properly handle horses, identify breeds, recognize gaits, and develop foundational riding skills.
This program also supports confidence building, emotional regulation, communication, problem solving, and overall horsemanship development.
Hands‑On Class Size: 2–4 riders
Lecture Group Size: Larger groups may be accepted for lecture‑only sessions
Session Length: Six (6) two‑hour classes
If minimum enrollment is not met, riders may choose a refund or switch to private lessons.
Price: $300
A complete introductory horsemanship program including lecture, safe handling, grooming, groundwork, and riding. Each 2‑hour class builds confidence, skill, and foundational equine knowledge.
Price: $120
Membership Price: $75
A structured equine‑education series covering horse behavior, anatomy, care, nutrition, safety, and horsemanship theory. No riding or groundwork. Ideal for homeschool students needing animal‑science or experiential learning credits. Larger group sizes allowed.
