Equine assisted learning is an experiential learning technique that facilities personal growth by teaching social, emotional, and life skills through horsemanship, groundwork, and horseback riding.
The Leadership Class is on 2/17/25 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This is an equine assisted learning class focused on leadership. It will be about an hour and a half with up to 5 participants. This class will be geared towards participants 8 years old to 14 years old. Participant will introduce themselves; we will talk about what makes a good leader and then do a groundwork activity with a lesson horse that will require participants to work on their leadership skills. NO RIDING.
Cost: $40 for new clients and $20 for clients with a membership.
This event is on Monday 9/29/25 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. This is a free workshop for any McCord Training clients taking one or more lessons in September. Our instructor, Leah, will go over different types of tack, parts of the tack, and proper tack care. Please reach out to Leah to let her know how many participants are attending.
