Reading Riders is a program in which uses horses to help the participant learn reading and riding skills. This program is taught by a Sandi Campbell who is a special education teacher and supervised by a certified therapeutic riding instructor Leah Urbanski. These lessons will consist of mounted and unmounted activities. Sessions will be once a week for an hour and a half. Sessions will be 5 weeks long, running on Mondays. Start times will range from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Groups will consist of 2 to 3 riders and will be determined based on reading abilities.
1st Session starts June 7th and goes through July 12th.
2nd Session is July 19th through August 16th.
Cost is $200 for all 5 weeks. Payment is due at time of registration. A paypal link for Reading Riders is under the Schedule and Pay tab. Spots are limited to 3 riders per group.
